About Oasis Homes

Dennis J. Ritz, president and general manager of Oasis Factory Built Homes, has managed manufactured home sales centers in the CSRA for more than 30 years. Oasis Factory Built Homes was established in Aiken, S.C., in 2001 and the Augusta sales center opened in the summer of 2005. Since then the two sales centers have been consolidated into one location on Gordon Hwy. in Augusta.

Oasis Homes was started as a family-owned business and remains that way today. The owner's son, Mike, serves as sales/project manager and his wife, Bonnie, is office manager. Dennis Ritz remains active in the business and is in the office every day.

The manufactured home industry has seen sweeping changes in the last five years and we have kept in step by offering a full line of modular homes and services to serve your housing needs.

Oasis Factory Built Homes sells and services system-built (modular) homes and HUD Coded doublewide homes from Manis Custom Builders, Fleetwood Homes and Franklin Homes. Oasis Homes is fully licensed in both South Carolina and Georgia and we are familiar with all of the codes and installation requirements of all the surrounding counties in both states. We provide a full array of services from site preparation to landscaping.
